Michael began learning Construction from his Father and then decided to attend school at Southeastern Regional High School and major in Carpentry before graduating in 2017. Michael decided to establish MP & Son Construction after seeing the joy of customers dreams and ideas come to life and doing even more than they could invision. Michael established MP & Son Construction to continue in his Father's Legacy of building homes and making custom designs come to life. When Michael is not working he enjoys spending time with family, training his dog, fishing and traveling.

Taylor has been in the office industry since the Pandemic hit and deciding that being in the office was the best environment for her. She oversees all the day to day operations within the company including oversight of the team working in the fields, expanding the projects and always coming up with new ideas to put a smile on the customers face!
Hunter simply enjoys being on the jobs, watching what his owner does and being involved and meeting all the customers. He loves to represent the company by often wearing his shirt to work and always coming in with a positive attitude.
